- Declarative
– to make a statement or to give information about someething.

– to ask in order to find out the answer/truth.
- Yes- No Interrogative
HAVE YOU WATCHED THE MOVIE?
- Wh- Interrogative
-to elicit an item of information.
WHO IS THAT MAN?
- Imperative
-to get someone to do something or to stop someone from doing something.
DRINK A LOT OF WATER.
- Exclamative
– to exclaim or express feelings.
THAT IS A WONDERFUL MOVIE!
